Terry L. Poling

Terry and his organization are committed to helping senior leaders and high-potential leadership teams achieve greater wisdom, integrity, effectiveness and fulfillment for themselves, their organizations, and the world-at-large. Terry has worked with clients throughout the world including Canada, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Ethiopia and South Africa. Terry has taught leadership, communication and organizational behavior courses for several colleges and universities — most recently the University of North Carolina Asheville.
He is a member of the UNCA Business Department Advisory Board and a Board Officer for Integral Leadership in Action. T has been actively involved in the Integral Movement since attending Ken Wilber and Fred Kaufmann’s Integral Leadership Seminar in 2004. T and his wife, Kathy, divide their seasons between the mountains of Western North Carolina and lake-edge views in Bayfield, Ontario.
