Marshall Æon

Marshall Æon is an entrepreneur, writer, Enneagram theorist, YouTuber, & CEO of SearchGen ™, a digital marketing agency specializing in optimizing brands for Google’s generative AI search. Marshall is the creator of a popular Enneagram personality test and a psychospiritual methodology called Enneagram Alchemy . host of an Integral show on YouTube called “ The trans-Apocalyptic Oasis .”

Marshall has studied the Enneagram for 20 years. He worked at the Enneagram Institute for 4 years where he created the technology that powered the RHETI (Enneagram test). He attended several trainings as part of the Riso-Hudson Certification program.

Marshall is a member of the International Enneagram Association and reviews speaker proposals for the global Enneagram conference.

Marshall has been a student of the Diamond Approach for 15 years. He has worked directly with A. H. Almaas on technology for the school.

Marshall has studied and received trainings in a wide variety of psychological, therapeutic, spiritual, philosophical, & inner work modalities.
