Our approach is to create appropriate, respectful and pragmatic interventions that create the outcomes our clients want. We do this by providing a space for people to connect with their full intelligence and passion. The result is more mature people who have the flexibility to respond to complex situations, whatever their function, role or level within an organisation. We come from a process orientation, which respects our client´s knowledge of the content and context, and supports their ability to solve their own problems. We provide some content, but this is dependent on our client´s needs and is never a shrink-wrapped product. Importantly, we use mature facilitators who are able to touch others lightly and carry their own shadows.
I train practitioners in the use of the AIM tool which combines the Enneagram with sentence-completion measures of Vertical Development.
