Lisa holds an M.Com degree in Human Resources Management (Industrial Psychology) and is a senior Industrial Psychologist. Lisa has worked in corporate in the financial and then the telecommunications sectors, before going into consulting. Having joined Bioss SA in 1999 as a principle consultant and being appointed to director that same year, she has been Managing Director since 2006. She has consulted at senior and executive levels to clients across a wide range of industries and in every country in Sub Saharan Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Libya, Dar es Salaam, Kenya, Indonesia, Australia, UK, Eastern Europe, USA and India. Lisa forms part of the Global Executive Team for Bioss International.
