Jeff McKenzie is the Chief Executive Office / President of McKenzie Systems Engineering Associates (MSEA) and has a B.S. in Engineering. His years of service when combined with private and government work, has provided over 30 years of engineering, test and evaluation and program management with an emphasis on cyber security programs. He provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals. His leadership has been instrumental in operations with our state and federal government clients. Using his expertise, MSEA has been successful in winning and maintaining several long-term contracts with government clients and larger prime contractors. He has been recognized with citations and awards. 2011, his company (and several key employees) was recognized by the American Society of Naval Engineers (Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties) as one of the projects of the year recipients. Jeff is very engaged civically. He is an angel investor with an interest in investing in sustainability minority startup companies. He sits on the Oxnard College Foundation Board of Directors (Chair of the Scholarship Committee). Jeff is cofounder and President of an entertainment production company (Rhodes Fest Concerts Foundation) and volunteers time at his Church. Jeff is also a member of the Miracle Center Church Leadership Board and conducts organizational analysis related to Church operations and outreach.
