TOPIC: In search of a transcendent third – letters from the organisational soul and the path of the divine in leadership. Lessons we have forgotten we already know
With 30 years of organisational experience, 22 years of which have been in senior, executive roles, including as a Big-4 firm partner and CFO, Hugh brings a rare, nuanced insider’s perspective on the dynamics of development and leadership as they intersect with the demands placed on organisations today. Hugh’s most recent focus has been the interconnectedness between strategy and resilience, at an individual, team and organisational level. Alongside his operational roles, Hugh has coached and delivered highly individualised multi-year transformational journeys for functional and executive teams. This work has evidenced objectively measurable step-changes and lasting shifts that can often prove elusive in traditional developmental offerings. From traversing the world of finance to the humanities, natural sciences, spiritual and mystic traditions, Hugh’s approach draws on diverse modalities. These include system psycho-dynamics, neuroscience, complexity theory, constructive development theory, constellations, Enneagram and the like. By weaving a synergistic and systemic approach, he engages across the centres of intelligence accessing both conscious and unconscious domains. Hugh’s work is fundamentally geared towards helping individuals connect to and express their unique diversity and potential.
