Holly Woods, PhD, is a developmental guide, meta-theorist, and founder of the Emergence Institute. For more than forty years, she has supported visionary leaders, creators, and innovators in aligning inner coherence with purposeful action amid complexity and change. She is the creator of the Living Portal™ Initiation, a yearlong developmental framework integrating Parts alchemy, Radical Wholeness, coherence fieldwork, lineage repair, animist cosmology, and Love-centered ontology.

Holly’s work is grounded in the understanding that humans are relational systems whose clarity, creativity, and resilience emerge through coherence.
