I’m a coach that works with a network of practitioners to develop personalized integrative programs for entrepreneurs and family business leaders (and their families) based on their developmental level (and gaps i.e. shadow) while integrating AI to track and support development. I’m also holding space for the emergence of a young late stage collective (who have scored MetAware on a STAGES assessment) to see how we can unify and build out a global developmentally-informed meta-ecosystem. I spend a lot of my attention and care bringing the emerging meta-tribe into connection to see how we can integrate our work in the world, and if there is resonance I occasionally participate in what unfolds in a partnership/consulting/advisory capacity. I ‘worldschool’ my two boys which means I’m actively involved in their adapting their education to the emerging world. I did my Masters Thesis on a meta-model-theory-practice to support us to birth our emerging world through the meta-crisis. I’m a STAGES Certified Coach who works with those all along the developmental spectrum into the MetAware tier, filling in earlier stages and expanding capacity in later stages, supporting healthy wholeness at each stage.
