Duncan Cryle

Duncan Cryle bridges contemplative depth with organizational transformation. Co-Executive Director at Clear Sky Retreat Center in Canada and student of head teacher Qapel and Catherine Pawsarat Sensei, he brings 35 years of meditation practice and 20 years co-developing Clear Sky as a “living lab” for integral and awareness-based approaches to teams and organizations.

His career spans technology executive roles at IBM and SS&C Technologies, where he pioneered mindfulness programs reaching tens of thousands of employees globally. He founded Conscious Organizations to help mission-driven teams and nonprofits integrate contemplative wisdom with functional excellence.
