I am a trainer and facilitator with a background in Pedagogy, passionate about designing meaningful learning journeys and creating brave, inclusive spaces for dialogue. My dream of a world where everyone’s needs matter inspires and motivates me to work. Since 2015, I have been supporting individuals, teams, groups, and organizations across Europe and beyond through facilitation, training, and the design of educational programs. Much of my work has been in collaboration with NGOs and CSOs, focusing on youth participation, social change, and community building. I co-created two complementary programs aiming to support youth participation in rural areas in Poland and Georgia.

As a facilitator, I design and hold processes that enable groups to access their collective wisdom and creativity. My work is rooted in holistic facilitation and trauma-sensitive approaches. I enjoy working at the crossroads of personal healing and collective transformation, where inner awareness and self-connection become a catalyst for regenerative change. I feel at home in different places; currently, I live in the Canary Islands. I enjoy spending time with my children, who are my greatest teachers of life.
