Our systems—including AI—mirror our consciousness: mental models, assumptions, fears. These systems in turn shape culture, encoding our (unconscious) beliefs about trust, power, and human nature. This talk explores the dance between WE and ITS, and how to enable the culture and systems in organizations to support We-Space.
The same dynamic happens with how we use and develop AI—we unintentionally build in paradigms and inputs that create an elaborate mirror back to us.The AI systems we’re building right now are encoding our current organizational paradigms. It’s a vital time to be intentional about what consciousness we’re building into our systems.
The talk offers practical frameworks for shifting from resentment to trust by attending to culture and systems simultaneously, to support a beautiful intersubjectivity in organizations.
