✨ I discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) when my child was born, at a time when I longed for a deeper connection with my partner and more space for honest dialogue. NVC gave us the tools to stay in contact with one another and very naturally became part of our parenting journey. This personal transformation convinced me that empathy is not only a way of communicating but a way of living with authenticity and care.

For several years, I have been leading an empathy group for my local community, and I am deeply nourished by walking this path together with a Community Certification Path, with people who are committed to living NVC in their daily lives. My love for my son, my passion for connection, and my trust in empathy as a force for social change are what sustain me in this work.

A workshop with me is a process that can open the heart to vulnerability and create full acceptance of what is. I am inspired by my travels and the time I spent living abroad, especially in Asia, where I stayed for several months. These experiences allowed me to witness both the beauty of cultural diversity and the challenges that arise from misunderstanding. Traveling gave me a global perspective that I now bring into my work, reminding me that the tools of NVC can support connection anywhere in the world, no matter the language or background.

What I would like people to know about me is that I walk this path alongside my participants. I do not see myself as an expert with all the answers, but as a fellow human being who is learning every day. I, too, struggle at times with conflict, impatience, or fear. NVC gives me a way to return to myself and to choose connection even when it feels difficult. This humility is part of what I bring into the training space: the invitation to practice together, to make mistakes, to learn, and to celebrate progress.

I see my role as a trainer as an act of service: to support people in finding their voice, deepening their relationships, and contributing to a more compassionate world. Every workshop is a step on that journey, and I am honored each time someone chooses to walk it with me ✨
