Veronica Olalla Love

Veronica Love is an ontological coach, educator, and artist focused on the intersubjective field. Known as a coach’s coach, she is recognized for her artistry of attunement in the relational space. Her work centers on the transformation possible when linguistic, emotional, and somatic awareness intersect.

Having co-designed Newfield’s flagship programs, Veronica has spent 20 years educating thousands of leaders globally. She emphasizes inner cultivation, viewing leadership as a relational practice rooted in presence. With 13 years as a CEO, she knows leadership arises from collective wisdom and ontological depth.

An acupuncturist and artist, she integrates somatic intelligence and creative inquiry into her work. Her visual art explores the intersubjective gaze as a study of connection. She believes leadership capacity is born from a willingness to do our own inner work.
