The Enneagram School of Awakening offers year-long enneagram certification programs in the Embodiment Method*, individual or relationship coaching, business trainings/coaching, topic specific workshops, and rotating groups. Our programs are offered at an affordable cost with sliding scale options available. All of our teachers are accredited professionals with the IEA
*The Embodiment Tradition was created by Dr. Lissa Friedman and is an awakening model focused on essence and the energetics of the enneagram. Learning the enneagram through the Embodiment Method allows us to understand not just patterns of the types, but also how our type is held in our bodies, our energetic signature. In understanding how the type animates and lives our bodies we gain access to greater information and empathy for ourselves as others as we more fully understand what it feels like to live as that type.
