She is also the co-developer of the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) profiling tool with Mind Transformations, an author of “Making Team Dynamics Visible” and “Leadership Is Not Automatic”.
With more than 25 years of HR and leadership experience and 17 years of practicing Enneagram, Seok Hian now mostly applies Enneagram in leadership coaching, co-founders’ relationship coaching, and team coaching. She also facilitates team workshops using the Enneagram and unlocks the team’s ability to have deep conversations, alignment, and trust, thus helping teams optimize their team dynamics and drive performance.
