Tamer Zanaty is an entrepreneur, Business Strategist and one of Egypt’s top executive coaches, Accredited Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (PCC) and the International Enneagram Association (IEA Accredited Professional). As a subject matter expert Tamer has two Internet Radio Programs on Cairo Business Radio; “Dear Leader: You are not alone…” and “Life with Enneagram” and shares the mic with other Awareness to Action Partners in its Enneagram Podcast.
Tamer has studied the Enneagram in 2012 and is teaching it since then, he employs it as an central tool in his clients’ journey of self-awareness and transformation. He has studied various other self-developmental sciences under numerous teachers, all of which add a special flavor to craft his unique brand of coaching.
Tamer brings more than 28 years of experience in corporate business, where he held many technical and managerial positions in the telecommunications and IT industries including Head of Corporate Strategy and Operational Excellence with Etisalat Misr. This blend of unique experience and sophisticated skills, gives Tamer great credibility and positioning when coaching senior executives and business leaders including the Leaders of Palm Hills Development, Hero Middle East and Africa, AstraZeneca, Egypt, Fridal in Egypt, Gulf Bridge International in UAE, Housing Bank for Trade and Finance in Jordan and other large and medium-sized multinational and local companies. In addition, he was also a member of the coaching team of Egypt National Archery team in the 2015 World Cup.
Tamer graduated from Alexandria University of Egypt, with BSc. in Electrical Engineering, Communications and Electrophysical Section, Faculty of Engineering. He is trained as a Dialogical Coach by IDDI Universidad Francisco de Vitoria - Madrid, Spain, Deep Coach by the Center of Transformational Coaching - USA, and as Awareness to Action Enneagram Associate by Enneagram Learning International – USA.
