Susan Robins

I am a development coach, with many years of experience working with clients in organisational environments. Having a background at a senior level in financial services and the travel industry, I understand the pressures of disruptive change and key issues in the business world. Passionate about development, I am committed to enabling leaders to learn, grow and transform, as they uncover unique solutions to their challenging issues. Inspired by my appreciation for the STAGES framework, I approach my practice with awareness and precision to: (1) identify issues and specific inventions to support resolution (2) deepen and expand my clients’ capacity to be more agile and to act from broader perspectives (3) and reveal emerging, innovative opportunities in the face of complexity. I am a certified STAGES debriefer, and I offer purposeful coaching, designed to achieve a sustainable impact, and generate results that matter, for all life and all time. Outside my coaching practice I have an adventurous spirit, with a passion for our oceans and sailing.
