Stephanie Lepp

Stephanie Lepp is an award-winning producer and storyteller devoted to expanding hearts and minds.

She’s the former Executive Director at the Institute for Cultural Evolution, a think tank addressing political polarization at its cultural source. Before that, she was the Executive Producer at the Center for Humane Technology, the organization at the heart of the Netflix documentary, The Social Dilemma.

Today, Stephanie leads Synthesis Media — a non-profit production studio that translates integral thinking for a broader audience. Her latest productions are: Faces of X — a series of short videos that integrate different perspectives on complex social issues (facesofx.org), and The Anti-Debate — a new format for debate where participants build off each other’s insights, so that greater complexity can emerge (anti-debate.org).
