As a Trauma Support, Beareavement and Loss, Systemic Constellations Practitioner, COMENSA Master Credentialled Coach and an ICF Accredited Transformational, Executive, and Team Coach, I bring over 20 years of coaching and mentoring experience working with leaders, teams, and individuals across diverse businesses, in South Africa and internationally, including the UK, US, Norway, Spain, Germany, Zambia, Angola, Morocco, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia.

I support my clients on their transformational journeys by tailoring practical steps to match their individual learning styles and personal circumstances in both work and life. By adjusting to each client’s pace, context, and specific requirements, I enable progress, success, and the effective application of trauma, counselling, wellbeing and coaching principles and learning.

I believe in authenticity—what you see is what you get! I bring my genuine self to our interactions and encourage the same in a safe, non-judgmental space. As a sounding board, thinking partner, and guide I support navigating complexities and challenges across all aspects of life.

Clients describe me as warm, energetic, relatable and practical - appreciating my ability to hold the space empathetically while guiding them to recognize opportunities and possibilities for overcoming current dilemmas or feelings of being “stuck” or overwhelmed. Together, we work towards a place where they feel more empowered, resourceful, and capable of taking immediate action.

With over 30 years of diverse experience as a wife, mother, executive, business owner, trainer, counsellor, Enneagram teacher, and coach, I bring a wealth of insights to my consultancy. Established over a decade ago, CoachSav is the culmination of my life’s calling, focusing on coaching and empowering others.

My personal life journey is a testament to overcoming, surviving, and flourishing despite the obstacles stemming from developmental trauma, and adverse childhood experiences including surviving rape and enduring poverty. I’ve wholeheartedly adopted a resilience and growth mindset, viewing my neurodiversity as a unique asset that enriches my coaching role. All of this enhances my capacity to provide diverse perspectives and innovative solutions, fostering deeper connections and tailored support for my clients’ growth journeys.

Prior to stepping into my current role as a Transformational Coach, I occupied several leadership and professional roles within prominent South African organizations. I am passionate about advocating for and enabling Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) - inviting ALL voices and ALL contributions within family, community and organizational systems.
