Hello, I am Sari Vuohtoniemi, ICF MCC, Social Psychologist, PhD Researcher (Psychology), Executive and Leadership and Leadership Team Coach and Leadership Developer at True Potential based in Helsinki, Finland. I have 20 years of experience in coaching and training leaders and executives in multitude of businesses in Finland and internationally, and also public organizations in Finland and also have held leadership and expert positions in international start-ups and large corporations. My mission and passion is in unleashing the true potential of people and teams by helping them increase awareness so they can transform their habitual mental, emotional, somatic and behavioral patterns which no longer serve them.
My special expertise is in executive and leadership coaching, leadership team development, and leadership training programs especially in the areas of developing self-awareness, self-leadership, well-being, resilience, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, coaching leadership and handling challenging leadership and team situations.

Education and Certifications: M. Soc. Sci. majoring Social Psychology and minors in Business Management and Work Psychology and specialization in assessment and development of individuals and groups, and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She is Master Certifed Coach (MCC ICF), Certified Business Coach Master, Coaching Supervisor (Oxford Brookes), Management Work Supervisor and Mind-Body Bridging Coach, Enneagram Teacher in Narrative Tradition (ETNT) and NLP Master Practitioner. She is also certified in using Workplace Big 5, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0, iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Individual and Team tests and Everything DiSC.
The enneagram has been a important part of my work with individuals (mostly executives and leaders), groups and teams fo over ten years. I am Enneagram Teacher in Narrative Tradition and have been trained by many teachers, eg. David Daniels, Peter O’ Hanharan, Leila Valtonen, Ginger-Lapid Bogda, Beatrice Chestnut, Uranio Paes, and Tom Condon and I am the Integrative Enneagram Faculty member. Recently I started as a PhD Researcher in Psychology doing my dissertation on coaching besides my work.
Recently, I had the privilege to contribute a chapter to the Coaching Science Practitioner Handbook (sold in Amazon) and I am an Ambassador at ICF Global Coaching Reserach Community of Practice. I am married with two lovely teenagers and we live in Helsinki, Finland. In my freetime, I love to do a lot of sports, especially beach volleyball all year round, ice swimming and spending time in the nature.
