Sandra Sieb

Sandra is passionate about developmental work as a way to bringing more awareness, purpose and courage in the world. She brings the Stage framework to all the work that she does, whether organisational, relational or individual as she’s seen firsthand the power of that theoretical lens.At the organisational level, she blends her coaching and consulting skills to help C-suite Executives and their leadership teams increase their strategic thinking skills, widen their understanding of their system and broaden their emotional competencies. She helps them become more authentic leaders and create teams where trust runs high and where the power of the collective intelligence is harnessed and spread down throughout the organisation.At the relational and individual level, Sandra supports people in gaining a greater understanding of themselves, their relationships and their life contexts so they can create more flourishing lives and relationships. Having been raised in Egypt, studied in France, worked in New Zealand and started her career in New York and now living in Sydney for the past 17 years, Sandra is quite experienced with change herself! Her strength lies in her ability to help people confront their challenges and help them find clarity and serenity in their situation. She is known for her sharp inquiring and analytical mind and for her ability to challenge people in a warm, supportive and non-judgmental way. Her great interpersonal skills allow her to connect and create trust with people at all levels very rapidly. Sandra also believes in the importance of supporting younger generations and does a lot of pro-bono work for young people. She’s currently developing a program targeting the 20-30s age year group to help them start their awareness journey earlier in a more structured and supported way.
