Enneagram Coach | Creativity, Instincts & Somatic Awareness
I’m an Enneagram coach certified through CP Enneagram, with a particular interest in how creativity, commitment, and instinctual patterns create a foundation for sustainable inner work.
My work has been shaped by lived experience of chronic illness, anxiety, burnout, and long-term creative inquiry. Over time, this led me to a focus on self-care, self-regulation, and the question of how people stay in honest contact with themselves when fear, pressure, or avoidance arise. Alongside my coaching practice, I’m currently writing a book on mistyping in the Enneagram, informed by extensive interview and inquiry-based work with Enneagram practitioners and enthusiasts.
I believe that committing to a creative project — whether writing, building a body of work, or shaping a meaningful offering — can provide a powerful container for inner work. Creative commitment often reveals the parts of us that are afraid, protective, or conflicted, making it a practical and honest place to work with personality patterns rather than trying to transcend them.
A central foundation of my work is the instinctual drives. I see instincts as essential for grounding somatic awareness and psychological development, and as a key safeguard against spiritual bypassing. By working with instinctual needs directly, clients can develop greater capacity to stay present with discomfort, regulate their nervous systems, and make choices that are sustainable rather than driven by unconscious fear or compensation.
I work with individuals who have already done some inner or therapeutic work and want to engage the Enneagram as a living, embodied practice. While I work across types, I’m particularly interested in creating spaces where Sevens feel supported to slow down, stay with experience, and engage in deeper inner work without losing their vitality or creativity.
Based in NSW, Australia, I work virtually with clients in Australia, New Zealand, North America, and Europe.
