I often reflect on how easily we repeat the past. Wars continue, human-induced climate change destabilizes ecosystems, and we grow disconnected from one another and from nature, and our daily lives and interactions are not an exception to this current reality. So, how do we expect a different fruit (future) if we keep planting the same seeds?
Since I was a kid, I was curious and kept asking myself: Is it really the way we would like to live? Can this disconnection from one another, from nature, from ourselves, be the natural rhythm of human life? Or have we drifted so far from our essence that we mistake survival for living, forgetting that we are born to connect, to care, to co-create, and to nourish life?
My work is rooted in a simple yet profound orientation: we are always contributing (consciously and unconsciously) and every moment offers the possibility of being born anew. Years of Vipassana meditation strengthened my capacity for observation, equanimity, and compassion. Nonviolent Communication is my tool for a pathway to bring that inner clarity into self-connection, relationships, systems, and action.
Presence, observation, listening, compassion, connectedness, diversity, curiosity, joy, and flow are the tools I use when accompanying individuals, teams, and organizations. When we pause and reconnect with what is alive within us, we shift from habit to consciousness, from scarcity to infinite possibilities.
For more than fifteen years, I have been working in an international context in sustainability, tourism, and partnership building. I am longing to cultivate power-with, embrace diversity as abundance, and co-create environments where we can thrive together.
I am inviting you to enjoy reflecting on:
-
In moments of tension, what becomes possible when I shift from reacting to responding (reclaiming my response +ability)
-
How might my relationships, collaborations, or teams transform if power were shared instead of defended, and diversity were welcomed as a source of strength, creativity, and collective wisdom?
-
Which parts of my perception come from habit and history?
-
When I imagine myself as part of nature’s continuous renewal, what freedom and responsibility arise in me?
-
What is the taste of trust and staying grounded and connected while moving beyond insecurity, scarcity, and fear into a field of possibility, belonging, and shared creation?
-
If every moment is a moment of rebirth, where do I want to place my energy, and what do I consciously choose to contribute to life right now?
