Robert Hutchinson is an international coach and Enneagram practitioner who is dedicated to guiding clients towards a deep love for life. Robert’s spiritual curiosity has propelled him on a profound expedition into the beliefs and practices of ancient cultures, particularly immersing himself in the philosophy and spiritual science of ancient Egypt. This exploration has unveiled intriguing connections between the origins of the Enneagram and the rich heritage of ancient Egypt; this endeavour is currently coalescing into the formulation of ‘Pesedjat’, a pioneering new Enneagram training program.
Robert’s experience with the Enneagram includes coaching, teaching and facilitation. Since 2017 he has embarked on in-depth Enneagram training, reading and research alongside his own Enneagram-based personal development work. Robert has been an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner since 2018. He has studied with Russ Hudson (Enneagram, the Fourth Way, and the Hermetic tradition), Ingrid Hurwitz (5D Trauma-informed Enneagram), Marion Gilbert (Somatic Enneagram) and Ani Williams (Songaia Sound Alchemy).
Before starting his coaching practice, Robert’s first career was in broadcast TV where he worked in the fast-moving environment of television programme promotions and channel management at the BBC, Channel 4 and the Discovery Channel.

My coaching brings me into contact with people with many different identities and I especially enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. As a gay man I have personal experience of gay life and identity which many LGBT+ clients find helpful. I am also Co-Founder of The Gay Happiness Project, a popular 8-week mental wellbeing course for gay men.
