Mediator, trainer, companion on a journey into the depths of oneself, and guide through the meanders of interpersonal relationships.
She transforms emotional noise into words that build bridges. She has been fascinated by Nonviolent Communication for years and shares it through workshops, group practice, and individual sessions. She believes that to understand others, it‘s important first to understand yourself.
In the context of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), she primarily likes to call herself a practitioner.
Her particular interests include building a world where communication rooted in empathy and equality becomes an everyday practice. She dedicates her energy to gender equality, raising awareness of prejudice, and supporting parents as well as queer and polyamorous individuals. She believes that the language we use can either reinforce stereotypes and exclusion or open spaces for encounter, understanding, and authentic relationships. As an NVC trainer, she wants to support people in choosing the latter path—one that offers hope and creates more room for diversity and mutual respect.
