Rhonda Freeman believes that social change can and does happen person by person. She changes the corporate culture by living Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in her workplace and in her co-housing community. In her world, social change is a pebble dropped in a pond. We can see where we make a change, but after a while not where those changes ripple out. Rhonda focuses on offering two-week summer programs for teens (SPEAK*Teens) and continuing the work of Robert Gonzales.
