Reham started her career as an HVAC Engineer with experience spanning 25+ years in management, design and supervision of mechanical works for numerous local and international projects including but not limited to: hospitals, mixed-use complexes, hotels, residential towers, airports, recreational, tourist, educational buildings, industrial, and storage facilities.
Reham’s wide experience obtained during her employment in one of the top specialized MEP design offices (Shaker Consultancy Group) in Egypt.
Over time she realized the importance of coaching and mentoring as while she is doing that inherently within her day-to-day work, she decided to move to a new chapter of discovery. The coaching and mentoring based on an evidence-based approach.
She spent more than 7000 hours of learning and development for coaching and mentoring and became a certified organization and individual coach.
