Pilar de la Torre has more than twenty-five years of experience in personal accompaniment in the training and management of teams for different sectors of activity. She holds a degree in psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid. After a few years of intense work for the Community of Madrid as a psychologist, she currently develops her activity in the field of psychotherapy, individual coaching, and giving courses, seminars, and workshops.
Her qualifications and credentials also include:
- Gestalt Psychotherapist by the Madrid School of Gestalt Therapy, l’Ecole Parisienne de Therapie Gestalt, and by l’Ecole de Therapie Gestalt de Bruxelles.
- Psychopedagogue by opposition of the Community of Madrid, currently on leave.
- Trainer and therapist certified by the IFS Institute in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Co-director of the IFS Spain Institute.
- Graduated from Sociogest (Montréal-Quebec) in the Sociocracy model for the management of companies and institutions.
- Trained in Restorative Circles by Dominique Barter (Switzerland).
- Certified coach in the stress self-control system by HeartMath Cardiac Coherence.
