I am Peter Claes, living in Brussels. I am a body and speech therapist, change consultant, and trainer in leadership and communication. I work from a deep personal conviction that the body and empathy are gateways to transformation and healing — in ourselves, in our relationships, and within organizations. It wasn’t always this way. For many years, I was driven by a relentless need to perform and to please. My search for approval slowly drained me. On the outside, I was successful — yet inside, I was sinking deeper and deeper, until one December 29th, standing with a belt in my hand, I stared at the staircase and felt utterly lost.

That moment became a turning point.

Through years of therapy, introspection, study, and training, I learned to move from self-hatred and destructive patterns toward self-appreciation and acceptance. With trust and gentleness, I began taking responsibility for what is mine — and returning what is not. Today, I accompany others on that same journey: to rediscover their core, to reconnect with what is alive inside them, and to bring compassion and clarity into their relationships — at home, at work, and in life.

As a consultant and leadership trainer, I have over 25 years of experience in communication, people management, and organizational change. I help teams and leaders build feedback cultures, navigate resistance, and create sustainable collaboration grounded in empathy, resilience and accountability. In every program I design or facilitate, I aim to bring awareness to invisible patterns, foster authentic dialogue, and guide people toward conscious, embodied leadership.

My work integrates Nonviolent Communication (NVC), body awareness, and systemic perspectives. I believe that true transformation happens when we include all parts of ourselves — mind, heart, and body — and when we meet others with presence and empathy.
