Pei Yujing is Chinese Enneagram scholar, mentor, coach and consultant. He also holds a Ph.D in Business Administration from Nanjing University. He is the Founder of the Jiu Mang Xing’s Enneagram system in china.
He has acquired international certification of ACSTH, state-registered EAP senior executive teacher, counselor and human resources manager. In addition, he is a career planning supervisor of Nanjing University, a visiting professor of Wuhan University. He has mastered the theoretical system of Enneagram, and he excels at combining the Enneagram with entrepreneur’s personal coach, team coach, individual psychological counseling, student occupation career planning, relationship counseling and parenting education counseling.
He published the by Peking University Press in 2013, this book Won the Jiangsu Province Philosophy and Social Science Award in china, also is Enneagram book first official top prize in China.and then He published the by Mechanical Industry Press in 2023.
He invented “Enneagram Test Card” which has acquired Chinese authorized State Intellectual Property Office patents (patent number: ZL 201430197844) in December 2014. He also invented a unique “Enneagram Evaluation Analysis Technology” which has turned out a lot of related consultants, greatly improving the the practicability and popularization of Enneagram. This technology is widely used in personal and business consulting.
Since 2009, Pei Yujing has been invited to give Enneagram training and consulting by enterprises, universities, government, military and other organizations for hundreds of times. He is a highly innovative and influential Enneagram expert in Mainland China. He has persisted in Ennegram research for fifteen years and has learned from international Enneagram experts, such as Helen Palmer, Luss Hudson, Ginger, David Daniels. He inherited and integrated the essence of Enneagram wisdom from multiple systems. He also absorbed Chinese cultural elements. He has achieved innovative development in Enneagram’s concept and theory, promoting the height and depth in academic research of Enneagram in mainland China. He has published several papers related to Enneagram in academic journals. In 2011, he became the first person who published research report about “Enneagram and Organization Management” in the sixth session of the annual meeting of Chinese Academy of Management.
In 2014, he began to set up a Enneagram academic system - the Point Star Enneagram system in China. And he launched a “Dandelion Plan” which is aimed at developing Enneagram teachers and promoters in the same year. He has trained dozens of Enneagram teachers and hundreds of Enneagram professional students all around the country. Because of his dedication to Ennegram, he is appraised as “a gardener who spreads Enneagram with devotion”.
