Of all the tools and modalities I have learned over the years, I value the Enneagram most. It’s powerful, inclusive, and serves as a gateway for transformation.
I’ve used the Enneagram in my therapeutic work with the military, their families, and other clients. I love those powerful moments of insight, self realization, awareness, and conscious growth. One principle that has stood the test of time is “Know Thyself.”
I am a licensed psychologist practicing in Virginia and North Carolina. I stumbled upon the Enneagram over 35 years ago and met my passion. I’ve never been one to dabble, and ultimately immersed myself in the practices and teachings of Don Riso and Russ Hudson which illuminated all aspects of my being and transformed my life. Because I love sharing what I know, I pursued the Enneagram Institute’s intensive program of study and was certified with honors to teach some of their classes.
I’ve been told I am wise, on point, authentic, earthy, unassuming, inclusive, and compassionate. I walk my talk. I see myself as holding space for you and serving as a catalyst.
