I’m a people & leadership development professional with almost 2 decades of experience. I am a professional trainer/instructional designer and master facilitator. I am certified as an Enneagram Prison Project (EPP) Guide, Enneagram-informed trauma release, the Enneagram in Business, Prepare/Enrich facilitator and various behavior modeling methodologies. I have a passion for helping folx step into themselves, honoring their life experiences and encouraging growth through self-awareness, compassion and grace.
Oh, and I also live full-time in a camper with my husband and 4 dogs - I enjoy traveling and spending every moment I can outside in nature. Life is beautiful, and I am very lucky, that’s for sure!
