As an INTEGRAL MASTER COACH, I use my extensive knowledge and experience in adult development, the evolution of consciousness (STAGES), shadow work, integral theory, and leadership coaching, to help Executives and their Teams get in touch with their Interior Dimensions and Untapped Potential (individual and collective) and develop/expand their capacity to be more of their Fuller Authentic Selves when serving their teams, companies, and the world at large.

With an MBA degree in Management and 15 years of senior-level executive background in global IT corporations, I have a good grasp of the pressures and challenges that senior executives face in the modern disruptive business world.
