Natacha (ICF Professional Certified Coach) has a Masters in Communication Sciences (cum laude) and is certified in Enneagram (IES & Russ Hudson), NLP, Systemics, Leadership and Team coaching. She offers the Enneagram as a strong and reliable backbone in all of her professional work, supporting individuals, leaders and (management) teams in a variety of small businesses and big corporations (www.9gram.business).
Natacha is a very passionate Enneagram teacher: she joined the Integrative Enneagram Solutions faculty in 2018 (www.integrative9.com/about/faculty/) and runs her own Dutch 9gramAcademy Community of Practice (www.9gram.academy). She also offers a Coach the Enneagram Coach program and Enneagram Mentor Coaching for Enneagram Practitioners (www.9gram.academy). Natacha loves to combine the Enneagram and NLP to create new tools for personal development: she is working on a solid toolbox with Enneagram exercises to support other Enneagram Coaches in their work.
Meanwhile, Natacha has a vast experience using the Enneagram in her coaching practice, exploring the endless triadic dynamics of the system. She taps into its power, possibility and kaleidoscopic depth when guiding clients, supporting them with clear development strategies towards more liberation -one little step at a time. Natacha’s mission is to make people see the difference between Essence and personality and how we are all limiting ourselves by what we identify so strongly with. She calls herself an Enneagram Evangelist, spreading the Enneagram word for powerfully present bodies, hearts and minds on a daily basis.
