Based in Morrison, Colorado, United States
I founded Connecting You with Your Self (CYWY) in 2006. It is now a free online community with a team of guides and facilitators offering learning opportunities, experiences, and tools for awakening using the Enneagram and more. I offer intentional yoga and Enneagram Chats, using the Empowered Living, Enneagram from its roots to its wings workbook, which is a living document I share via the CYWY website.
You are invited to be part of the community, as a participant or to share a presentation or program. Learn more at www.connectingyouwithyourself.com
