Murielle’s mission is to provide Leaders with effective transformational keys to help them reach their goals for a better tomorrow. She uses mostly the Enneagram model. Murielle is a certified ICF MCC Coach (more than 3000 hours coaching practice), passionate about developing strong business leadership. She has lived in 5 countries (4 continents) and is trilingual: F/UK/German (C1 level). She has gained over 25 years of experience working globally and across cultures. Currently residing in Hong Kong, Murielle is revered by the people she has worked with for her positive and international outlook, open-mindedness, and strong listening skills. Murielle’s tryst with stuttering and serious illness (both recovered) showed her the value of vision-setting, mindset shifts, new behavioural & communication styles, focusing on the right thing at the right time, and resilience – qualities that she helps people develop to help them realize their true potential. Murielle’s experience encompasses various roles across different sectors, where she has held Senior HR Roles and strategic and operational positions (including 6 years as a lobbyist in Brussels). Since 2007, she has worked toward empowering people to be better leaders with the ability to inspire and effectively communicate with their teams, thus leading them to build their self-confidence, clarity of mind, impact, and well-being. She uses the Enneagram to help people shift their narratives, make sustainable leadership changes. She also designed a program for coaches, change agents and leaders within companies to help them strengthen their presence skill through the Enneagram.
