As a former HR Professional, 12 years in Leadership positions icluding C-Suite, I dedicated the last 18 years to Human Development & Transformation in international Companies, with a special focus on Culture & Leadership Transformation. Since the last 5 years, I worked simultaneously as Transformational Coach, Mentor and Trainer using the Enneagram integrated with other personal development methods and tools.
After my international business career, now I am working independently, based in Portugal, having started a Human Development Organization in 2022. Including Executive Coaching, Mentoring and Trainings with a main pilar based on the wisdom of Enneagram.
