I’m Mihaela Elena Damian, a mother, teacher, and a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer. My main interests are working with children, parents, and teachers in order to introduce NVC into the lives of families, kindergarteners, and schools.
Being also a Giraffe Dream Trainer, a project that introduces NVC in kindergartens and schools, and translating Frank and Gundi Gaschler’s book, “I Want to Understand What You Really Need,” into Romanian, I intend to spread NVC in different kindergartens by working with teachers in Timisoara and the whole Romania. My focus through workshops is education, parenting, families, children, and teachers.
