Micky (she/her) is a certified transformational leadership and certified and Narrative enneagram teacher, IEA Accredited Professional and compassionate facilitator and with an international and intersectional understanding of social change and fierce dedication to cultivating personal transformation and resilience in social sector leaders. Her formal education includes a B.S. in Consumer and Family Sciences from MTSU and a M.A. in Intercultural Studies from NAIITS /Portland Seminary and numerous certifications and trainings in community organizing, nonviolence, embodiment, somatics, online training and adult education.Micky supports social sector leaders in their desire for sustainable leadership strategies, resilience practices and embodied liberation through inner and outer change with tools like the enneagram, individual and group coaching, and facilitating organizational processes.
