Dr. Matthew Lederman is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) who specializes in providing coaching and counsel to couples, parents, and adult children to heal disconnection and cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships. Drawing on Nonviolent Communication, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Awareness, and decades of experience working with families, he teaches practical skills that foster emotional safety, repair relational ruptures, and strengthen bonds across generations.

Dr. Lederman is the co-founder of Connection Docs, Kinectin, and webe kälm—platforms designed to help individuals and families grow closer together through evidence-based coaching, immersive learning, and innovative AI- and app-based tools. He also co-hosts the webe Parents podcast, which supports parents, partners, and adult children seeking to build stronger family relationships.

An author of six books—including the New York Times Bestseller Forks Over Knives Plan and Wellness to Wonderful—and a contributor to Psychology Today, Dr. Lederman’s work has been featured in the acclaimed documentary Forks Over Knives.
