I work with movers, shakers, and changemakers to deepen authenticity, build meaningful relationships, and advocate for social justice. I’m lucky to collaborate with incredible people at the Authentic Communication Group , where our work is rooted in four transformational pillars: Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Relationships, and Here-and-Now Process Work. Integrating these modalities continues to move and inspire me.

Our year-long NVC program is for people who want to become certified trainers or deepen their embodiment and consciousness.

In our small-group work, we seek to dismantle domination culture from the inside out. We explore power dynamics, relational feedback, emotional aliveness, and the art of connection. I’m especially passionate about supporting social justice activists—so more people can meet more needs, and together we can shape the world we’ve been longing for. At the heart of it all: connection. I care most about helping people form relationships that are intentional, intimate, and real.

I’ve written four books— Facilitating Authentic Communication Groups , Coaching for Transformation , Facilitating with Heart and Courageous Visions . You can read the first chapter of each book for free.

As a founding partner of Leadership that Works, I spent 25 years supporting leaders to share power and catalyze organizational change. Our Coaching for Transformation program certified thousands of coaches dedicated to social impact. We built a facilitation team that continues to ripple positive change across the globe.

My vision? A world where people in every nook and cranny are skilled at facilitating heart-centered connection. I support NVC practitioners to grow organizations, mediate conflict, heal relationships, and drive social change—with courage, care, and clarity.
