Maria works with and develops transformative communication rooted in participatory action research and Nonviolent Communication. The MYL 3-Chairs Model, postcolonial, and intersectional perspectives are integrated into her work with groups and organisations. Holding a PhD from the Free University of Berlin, she has experience inacademia, NGOs, and civil society across Europe and other continents. She brings MYL’s body of work in conflict transformation processes that promote creative, individual, and collective approaches to building sustainable futures.
