Margarita Guerra is a legal advisor, entrepreneur, businesswoman, and consultant who works across various sectors, including new technologies, law firms, real estate, training, and consulting. She also serves as a coach, mentor, and Enneagram professional accredited by the International Enneagram Association (IEA). She is currently CEO of ENNEAGRAM IN COMPANY, a consulting firm specializing in leadership, team, and organizational culture development, which works with leading and highly innovative companies in Spain.
She currently supports the professional use and dissemination of the Enneagram by serving as President of the Spanish Enneagram Association (IEA Spain) and Vice President of the International Enneagram Association (IEA).
In addition to her work in consulting and training, she is a writer and co-author of the book *Negociador 365* (Pirámide Publishers), in which she analyzes different negotiation styles based on the Enneagram. She has also contributed to the successful book *Cómo llevar una vida más plena gracias al Eneagrama* by Roberto Whyte (Alienta Publishers).
