Manasi Saxena

Manasi Saxena is a learning facilitator working at the intersection of personal growth and community development. She is a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), and the Founder of enCOMPASSion, India.

She has collaborated with individuals, educators, and leaders across grassroots collectives, schools, startups, and large organizations, including Tata Electronics, Vasudha Pharmaceuticals, Piramal Swasthya, Peace Corps Nepal, Goonj, and UNHCR Delhi.

Manasi served as President of the Board of Directors at the Center for Nonviolent Communication, where she contributed to building governance and systems transformation. Through enCOMPASSion, she has also led relief efforts and community development programs rooted in values of equity, empathy, and sustainability.

Her work draws on deep, hands-on experience in systems design, organisational development, leadership, conflict transformation, governance, and DEI implementation. She is especially passionate about making NVC accessible in workplaces and communities, and in supporting individuals and groups to develop capacities for compassion, resilience, and interdependence.

Manasi’s core vision is to nurture grassroots leadership and community transformation through value-driven action, self-integration, and collaborative learning. Her facilitation spans a wide spectrum—from group processes and conflict mediation to leadership development and systemic change.

She holds an M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and a graduate degree from the University of Delhi.
