I’m Maja Wyborska, a trainer who shares Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and loves translating it into practice and expanding awareness. I strive for what I do to be alive, meaningful, and in line with my own integrity. As a result I take on projects that reflect that alignment.
I love working on projects aimed at co-creating a world that works for all, focusing especially on transforming business culture from “blaming” to “thriving together.” I have over 14 years of experience in international business, including Ernst & Young and private equity funds. Alongside my professional work, I’m a mother of three amazing children, who continue to be incredible teachers in my life.
The trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, and Resonant Healing sessions I deliver are all based on NVC and neurobiology, supporting wellbeing and trustful relationships both at work and in everyday life. I am a co-author of the “I See a Human” project and the “Student as a Mediator” publication, and I co-create the annual national Empathy Marathon in Poland.
With well over 1,000 hours of education and development in empathic communication, I help teams and organizations make empathy their competitive advantage by designing and leading transformative communication trainings for teams and businesses ready to reach their full potential.
I am passionate about topics including psychological safety, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, autism spectrum and ADHD at the workplace, stress, burnout, moving from blaming to thriving together, and effective empathy-based leadership. You can find more about me and connect with me on my
