After discovering Nonviolent Communication, I have experienced a much more enriching life. When we become conscious of and try to accept this premise of life, we experience life differently than before. In this nature, I am conscious of the living feeling and NEED within me and try to live by empathizing with it. Also, other people want to live that way too. I try to live with all of these in mind. I want to share this richness of life with those who want it. I am happy to participate in places where I am invited.
Furthermore, we are interested in promoting and disseminating the process of resolving conflicts peacefully. We are paying attention to establishing a care system in each region and resolving conflicts within it. So, if you make a request because you want to resolve a conflict that has arisen for you, I dream of having a conflict expert from the unit join you.
I am currently an instructor at the Korea Nonviolent Communication Education Center, and in addition I am an Advisory Committee Member at the Incheon Family Court Reconciliation, and am a middle school teacher. I have given presentations and workshops in the following organizations:

비전
NVC를 만나면서 이전 보다 훨씬 더 ‘삶의 풍요로움’을 경험하고 있습니다. 그 시작은 우리 존재를 다시 상기하면서 부터였습니다.
“우리는 마음으로 주는 것을 즐긴다는 것”. 이러한 삶의 전제를 의식하고 수용하려 할 때, 삶을 이전과 다르게 경험하고 있습니다.
이러한 본성에서, 내 안에 살아있는 느낌과 NEED를 의식하며 그것을 공감하면서 살려고 합니다.
또한, 다른 이들도 그렇게 살고 싶어한다는 것. 이것들을 다 의식하며 살려고 합니다.
이러한 삶의 풍요로움을 바라는 이들과 잘 나누려고 하며. 초대하는 곳에 기쁜 마음으로 참여하고 있습니다.
더 나아가 갈등을 평화롭게 풀어가는 과정을 널리 알리고 확산하는 것에 관심을 가지고 활동하고 있습니다.
각 지역에 돌봄시스템을 갖추고 그 안에서 갈등을 풀어가도록 하는데 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.
그래서, 자기 자신에게 생긴 갈등을 잘 풀어보고 싶어서 요청하면, 동 단위의 갈등전문가가 함께하는 모습을 꿈꾸고 있습니다.
