Kerry is a certified (Enneagram Worldwide) and accredited (International Enneagram Association) Enneagram Professional Teacher and Coach, certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (Peter Levine), Conflict Management Coach, and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She has over 30 years of experience working for the United States Institute of Peace, Council for International Exchange of Scholars, and American University in Washington, D.C. For over a decade Kerry served as President of the Maurice Falk Medical Fund and Falk Foundations in Pittsburgh. She holds a Master’s degree with graduate certification in Traumatic Stress Studies (Bessel van der Kolk), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (Dr. Daniel Siegel). Kerry received the Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service for her work facilitating dialogues between perpetrators and victims of violent crime for the state of Pennsylvania. She is the Founder of the Keystone Enneagram Institute in Pittsburgh and Principal of Instructive Insights LLC, where she consults with organizations and coaches individual clients.
