
Katy Dion is a mediator, coach, and facilitator who translates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and conflict transformation out of the realm of concept and into highly practical tools for daily life. Trained in Buddhist chaplaincy, Nonviolent Communication, and Mediate Your Life (MYL), she works with organizations, colleagues, couples, parents, and individuals to help them navigate conflicts impacting collaboration, efficacy, and wellbeing. She loves using MYL to help people express their truths, address the impacts of mistrust, and create space for something new. She is a Zen student, published author, parent, and open water swimmer.
