Katherine is the Originator of Tritype®, a Triple Certified Enneagram Teacher with Palmer-Daniels, Riso-Hudson and Hurley-Donson and has attended intensives with both Ichazo and Naranjo, and courses with Condon, Wolinsky and Jaxon-Bear. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the IEA.

Katherine has conducted 23 research studies into the internal experience of the type and has correlated many systems with the Enneagram including Myers-Briggs, Core Energetics, Karen Horney, Archetypes, and Micro Expressions just to name a few. She is an Executive and Transformational Enneagram Coach and Trainer. She has taught the Enneagram in boardrooms, training rooms, classrooms, and county jails since 1985.
