Katarina Sparrdal has always held a curiosity on the importance of internal communication and how it reflects on an organisation’s general well-being. She has fifteen years of extensive experience in the field of empathic communication and is a certified Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer. She works primarily at Ängbybarnens preschools in Stockholm, Sweden, where she regularly trains pedagogues and collaborates with them in drafting educational materials for the preschools. Katarina has held lectures and workshops on NVC in Sweden, the Ukraine, and other European countries. She studied project management at Stockholm University, focusing on marketing and communications.
